Park Soo-jin
Fifteen years in lash design. Professor of Eyelash Design in the Department of Beauty Design at Sunlin University, where lash design is an accredited three-credit major course, and Teaching Professor in the K-Beauty program at Soongsil University's Global Future Institute. She has taught lash technique at eight Korean universities since 2013 — among them Konkuk, Sookmyung Women's and Hansung — and is the first Korean columnist to write professionally on lash extensions.
She began teaching abroad in 2013 — Taiwan, Mexico, Japan, Switzerland, Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, Hong Kong, China — and was named one of Taiwan's Top 10 Eyelash Designers in 2014. The LED application method she developed here is now exported to seven countries. Everything she teaches, she still practises daily at the Yeouido studio.
Her position has not changed in fifteen years: a lash is borrowed hair, and it must be returned as it was found.
